Scary Movie

💀 Do you know what's scarier than watching the scariest movie on Halloween? 💀

For CEOs and their leadership teams, it's waiting for the result of the employee survey and particularly the answer to what I think is the most important question: How much trust do you have in your organization's leadership team?

Only 21% of U.S. employees report strong trust in their organization's leadership, according to Gallup. That is a sobering statistic for CEOs who don't ask the question to ferret out their own likeabilty- the best CEOs know that trust is the foundation upon which effective teams and resilient organizations are built. When trust is present, employees feel empowered to share ideas, address issues, and collaborate more effectively.

🤝 🤝 🤝 No challenge is overcome more swiftly than one tackled by a team that truly trusts one another. 🤝 🤝 🤝

Last week, I was inspired at AchieveUnite's NextGen Partnering Summit, where attendees saw trust in action. Theresa Caragol, CEO of AchieveUnite and author of the best-selling book *Partnering Success* brought together the industry's best partnering executives to learn and discuss how a foundation of trust is profoundly essential for navigating today's complex ecosystem landscapes.

The event's success comes as no surprise because of AcheiveUnite's commitment to building all its frameworks with trust at the center. One example is their Partnering Quotient Index (PQi®), which helps people learn their unique partnering strengths and gives them personality-appropriate ways to build trust with their partners and teammates. Trust gets built faster, and organizations and their people reap the benefits.

The truth is that leaders who have done the hard work and built trust with their teams aren't sweating it out and employee survey time. They already know what the results are going to be. For those who don't have the trust of their teams, I can't think of a more business-impacting initiative in which to invest.

💀 (Also, what's movie do you think is the scariest?) 💀
